Crayola Kid collects information needed to process your crayon / colored-pencil art, deliver results, and run our website. We do not require you to create an account.
Information You Provide
- WhatsApp phone number (required at checkout) for HD delivery and order support
- Optional email address if you choose to provide one
- Photos you upload for processing
- Payment is completed on Cashfree; we receive order status and references, not full card numbers
- Support messages you send us by email or WhatsApp
Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and browser type, pages visited, and general usage analytics
- IP address and approximate location derived from network headers
- Marketing attribution data (e.g. UTM parameters, Meta fbc/fbp cookies when present)
- Security and anti-abuse signals (e.g. Cloudflare CDN and bot management)
- Order and delivery metadata (job ID, tier, payment status, WhatsApp delivery status)
We use your information to provide and improve our services and to communicate about your orders.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data when needed to complete your order (such as WhatsApp delivery you request at checkout), to process payments, or when required by law.
Payment processing
Cashfree processes payments in accordance with PCI DSS requirements and applicable Indian regulations including RBI guidelines. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our business, or the public.
When you provide a WhatsApp number at checkout, you consent to transactional messages for that order from Crayola Kid, including a utility template notification and delivery of your processed image as a WhatsApp document.
These messages are not marketing newsletters. We do not use your number for promotional blasts unless you separately opt in (we do not offer marketing opt-in today).
Meta processes your phone number, message delivery status, and media on WhatsApp servers. See Meta's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms for how they handle this data.
Optional support chat via the WhatsApp button on our site is initiated by you and is separate from automated order delivery.

We use Meta Pixel (browser) and Meta Conversions API (server) to measure ad performance and improve campaigns. This may include hashed contact details, device data, and actions on our site.
