Terms for Crayola Kid: per-order checkout, Cashfree payments, and WhatsApp delivery.

By using Crayola Kid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You agree to comply with applicable laws
- These terms may be updated from time to time
Crayola Kid provides online crayon / colored-pencil art services. Upload a photo, choose a quality tier, pay per order via Cashfree, and receive your result by instant web download and WhatsApp delivery to the number you provide at checkout.
What we offer
- AI-powered crayon / colored-pencil art
- Standard and premium quality tiers where available
- Secure upload and processing on Cloudflare infrastructure
- HD download on the payment success page
- WhatsApp delivery of your finished image
What we do not require
- No user account or signup
- No credit wallet — you pay once per image or add-on order
- Bulk or studio orders via separate WhatsApp sales inquiry only
You must provide a valid WhatsApp number at checkout. Providing that number constitutes your consent to receive transactional WhatsApp messages for that order.
Optional email may be used for receipts or support if you provide it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process each image.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Crayola Kid for personal use in accordance with these terms.
Permitted uses
- Personal, family, and non-commercial use of your processed images
- Downloading and sharing your own results
- Contacting us for bulk quotes via WhatsApp
Restrictions
- No illegal, harmful, or infringing uploads
- No reverse engineering of our systems or models
- No resale of our service without written permission
- No automated scraping or abuse of our APIs or endpoints
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and deliver them solely to provide the service.
Your rights
- You own your original images and processed outputs for your personal use
- You may download results from our success page or WhatsApp delivery
Your responsibilities
- Upload only content you have rights to use
- Do not upload illegal, explicit, or harmful material
- Respect others' privacy and intellectual property
Our rights
We may process and temporarily store your images to run the service and improve reliability. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
Pricing is shown before payment in Indian Rupees (INR). All listed prices are inclusive of GST. Each order is a one-time purchase processed by Cashfree.
Payments
- Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Cashfree
- We do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Third-party payment terms
Cashfree's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment checkout experience. Disputes related to payment rails may also be raised with Cashfree per their process.
Transactional WhatsApp messages related to your order are part of the service when you supply a checkout number.
Marketing messages are not sent unless you separately opt in (not offered on the public checkout flow today).
Support via email or user-initiated WhatsApp chat is available during business hours listed on our Contact page.
- Copyright or privacy violations
- Harassment, fraud, or impersonation
- Attempts to disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls
- Use of the service for unlawful purposes
Consequences
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or cooperate with authorities for violations.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Processing times vary by tier and system load
- Maintenance may occur with or without notice for security or reliability
Crayola Kid branding, website design, software, and workflows are owned by YASH PATEL or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy or misuse our trademarks or site content without permission.
Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Crayola Kid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Crayola Kid and YASH PATEL against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the arbitration and courts provisions permitted under Indian law.
Payment disputes may also be pursued through Cashfree's dispute mechanisms where applicable.
