Processing
Our AI pipeline runs on Cloudflare Workers with Gemini or Replicate (depending on your order). Timing depends on your tier.
Receive your image
Download on the payment success page and receive WhatsApp delivery to your checkout number.
Crayola Kid is a digital-only service. There is no physical shipping. Your processed image is delivered electronically.
Instant digital fulfillment
After payment, your image is processed and delivered via the payment success page download and WhatsApp to the number you entered at checkout.
Typical fulfillment flow:
Website download
- High-resolution file on the payment success page
- Secure, time-limited download links where applicable
- Keep this browser tab open until processing completes
- Transactional messages only (order ready + image file)
- Sent to the WhatsApp number required at checkout
- Ensure the number is correct and WhatsApp is active on that device
Download links and stored copies are kept for a limited period needed to fulfill your order and support requests, then removed or anonymized.
Save your image promptly after delivery. We recommend downloading from the success page and saving the WhatsApp file.
The service is available globally over the internet. Support hours are listed on our Contact page (typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST).
Processing may continue outside support hours.
- Success page still loading — wait for processing to finish or refresh once
- Download link expired — contact support with your order ID
- WhatsApp not received — verify number, check spam/archived chats, then email support for a fresh link
- Wrong number entered — contact support immediately with order ID
Important
If we cannot deliver your order after a good-faith attempt, contact help@netreads.in for a refund per our Refund Policy.
- No courier, postal, or customs fees
- No shipping address required
- No physical returns — digital service only
- We update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes
- Material changes may be announced on our website
